gone drifting, be back soon.

for a while, the guys have been talking about actually going to an event and partaking in some drifting together. well just drift had a two day drift weekend lined up that suited our hamburger/beer/drifting needs. some of us decided to wait last minute to fix our cars and gather parts, others just counted down the days till the day would come. we left saturday after most of us got off work and arrived to begin cooking burgers and drinkin beer. the next morning was brutal but we managed to get our stuff ready for some fun. some us did well and others had some mechanical difficulties. either way, all the cars ran great and no one got hurt. we must do one more event before the summer is over.

enjoy this short video of the days festivities.

the SLAM-in

a week ago kevin posted that the local drive-in was going to re-open and that we should get our cars out there and support the cause. well we all knew the lot was gnarly and wanted to park near the front. HAH that didnt happen…. we ended up going into the crappiest part and i lost a side skirt and we all slapped our skidplates on the earf and dragged them to the spot we got. it was fun day regardless and we will definitely do it again soon. enjoy this short video of how the day went before the movie since we had a two hours to kill haha

Hardtop Harry

After a long search, Harry found a deal on a hardtop he couldn’t pass up. We decided to drive down to get it and it was way further away than we anticipated. Way further. We practically drove to San Diego.

Here are the first pics of the new hardtop.

Hopefully we’ll see some paint on this thing in the nearish future.
